I would like to hire riches pets, how do I go about it?
I come out and give you a free meet and greet, which involves me asking few questions in order to get to know your dog and your requirements. As well as going over/ showing you my important paperwork.
How much do you charge/how do you charge?
My prices are different depending on the service and the length of the service in which you require. contact me for pricing information
will you require a key?
Preferably yes and they will be kept secure by myself, but if not other alternatives can be made.
Do you walk all breed types of dog?
yes no breed is to small or large
Do you cover any other pet types?
yes we cater for all pet types, visit my pop in service page for more infomation
what area do you cover?
I cover lapworth, hockley heath, dorridge, knowle, monkspath, hillfield but other solihull areas could be considered.
how long will the walks or visits last?
walks are timed at either 30 or 60 minutes, visits are 30 minutes but can be longer if requested and if we doing visits for the smaller pets then time could very. The amount of visits can be as many as you require.
what happens if my pet requires medical attention while your care?
unless its an emergency I will I just get your pet straight to their vet then contact you. otherwise I will contact you to let you know the problem i am getting your pet to vet but if you i think your pet does not require medical attention straight I will still inform you. All vet bills are to be covered by yourself as will be stated and sign for in the agreement.
Do you supply the poo bags and treats?
I supply poo bags and treats in the form of gravy bones if needed but you can always supply your own if you wish or if your dog has sensitive belly’s.
Are you insured and police checked?
Yes I hold full insurance and a DBS check for your Peace of mind.
During these times are you doing all to keep yourself and others safe?
Yes. I am following guidelines by sticking to social distancing to wearing face masks when picking up and dropping off dogs to wearing gloves and sanitizing my hands frequently.
